Golden Visa in Dubai
The UAE golden visa offers long-term, renewable residence without the need for a local sponsor, and holders can sponsor family members. According to the UAE Government portal, published categories include investors in public investments or real estate, entrepreneurs, people with exceptional talent or rare specialisations, outstanding students and graduates, humanitarian pioneers and frontline heroes. Published durations are 5 or 10 years depending on the category, and each category has its own criteria and evidence. Those criteria can change, so we confirm the current position at the start.
Most of the work sits in the evidence. A property route depends on how ownership and value are documented. A company route relies on the trade licence, ownership records and an audited financial report. Some talent routes begin with a recommendation or nomination from a relevant authority. In Dubai, golden visa services are provided by GDRFA Dubai, and real-estate investor applications run through Dubai Land Department channels; outside Dubai, applications generally go through ICP. We start with your situation and the route you are considering, then check it against the published requirements before anything is prepared.
Majlis Hub is a Dubai business-services company, not a government authority. We do not assess eligibility on the authority's behalf, and we do not promise approval or timing. What we offer is preparation and continuity: a clear document list, a checked file, coordination of the agreed submissions and appointments, and one point of contact for family applications and renewal dates. Where a route requires you to attend in person, we prepare everything beforehand so the visit is focused.
Who this is for

- Company owners and partners reviewing the public-investment route
- Entrepreneurs with an innovative or technical project
- Executives, doctors, scientists and other specialists exploring a talent route
- Families of golden visa holders preparing sponsorship applications
- Existing holders preparing for renewal
What we handle
Initial case and route review
We discuss your profile and the route you have in mind, and compare it with the currently published criteria. This prepares the application; it is not an eligibility decision.
Route-specific document list
A checklist of the documents and evidence your route calls for, showing what is ready, what is missing and who will provide each item.
File review before submission
We check names, passport details, and ownership or company records for consistency, so the file reads clearly when it reaches the authority.
Submission and appointment coordination
We coordinate the agreed application steps, medical and Emirates ID appointments, and any in-person attendance the authority requires.
Family applications
Sponsorship files for a spouse and children, prepared alongside the main application so documents and dates line up.
Attestation and translation coordination
Where certificates need attestation or legal translation, we coordinate this with the relevant authorities and licensed providers.
Follow-up and renewal records
We track the application, help you respond to any request for further information, and organise the issued records and renewal dates.
