Ejari Services in Dubai
Ejari is the system used to register tenancy contracts in Dubai. Dubai Land Department’s published tenancy guide describes it as an online system developed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to record tenancy contracts for all types of property, and states that registration through Ejari is mandatory under Law No. 26 of 2007, as amended. For a business, the registered lease is often part of a wider file: Invest in Dubai lists a site lease contract among the requirements for a standard mainland trade licence.
The registration itself is completed through Dubai Land Department channels: the Ejari system on its website, the Dubai REST app or a Real Estate Trustee Centre. Which route applies depends on the parties. Published conditions indicate, for example, that a property managed by a property management company is registered through that company, and that a representative needs an official power of attorney. Requirements and channels can change, so we confirm the current position before preparing your file.
Majlis Hub is not a Real Estate Trustee Centre and does not register contracts itself. Our role is to make sure an Ejari registration in Dubai reaches the right channel on a complete file. We review the unified tenancy contract and supporting documents, check that names, dates and property details match, coordinate with the landlord, tenant or property manager, and follow the request to its outcome. For renewals, we set the new dates against your trade licence and other records, so the tenancy, the company file and the next renewal stay aligned.

What we handle
Tenancy document review
We check the unified tenancy contract and supporting documents for completeness and consistency before anything is submitted.
Ejari registration support
We coordinate a new registration through the appropriate official channel and follow it through.
Ejari renewal support
When a tenancy is renewed, we prepare the updated documents and coordinate the renewed registration.
Coordination between parties
We work with the landlord, tenant or property manager so that each provides what the registration needs.
Power of attorney matters
Where a representative acts for the landlord or tenant, we review the power of attorney and coordinate any new one through licensed providers.
Alignment with company records
We match the registered lease to your trade licence and company file, and flag the dates that connect them.
What to have ready
