Document Services in Dubai
A document can be perfectly valid where it was issued and still need authentication before a UAE authority, bank or employer will rely on it. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs describes attestation as certifying the authenticity of the signatures and seals on documents issued inside or outside the country. Our attestation services in Dubai begin with a simple question: where will this document be used, and what does the receiving party expect to see?
The route depends on where the document was issued. MOFA’s published guidance indicates that documents issued abroad are generally attested first by the issuing country’s foreign ministry and then by the UAE embassy or consulate there, while UAE-issued documents may need the issuing entity’s attestation before MOFA’s. Originals also need to be in Arabic or English, or accompanied by a legally certified translation. Requirements vary by document type and can change, so we confirm the current position at the start of each request.
Many files need more than a stamp. Where a translation is required, we coordinate with legal translators accredited by the UAE Ministry of Justice. Where you need to authorise someone to act for you, we help organise the power of attorney details and coordinate the notarisation step. The notary public verifies the identity, capacity and consent of the parties and decides whether to proceed. Majlis Hub does not translate, certify or notarise documents itself. Our role is preparation, coordination and follow-up, with one point of contact who keeps the purpose of your request in view from the first copy to the final handover.

What we handle
Attestation route review
We confirm where each document was issued, where it will be used and which attestation steps appear to apply, then share a clear checklist.
Document checks before submission
We compare names, dates and details across your documents before anything is submitted, since applications that are not completed correctly can be rejected.
MOFA attestation coordination
We help prepare and track attestation requests through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ channels, including documents that first need attestation in the issuing country.
Legal translation coordination
We arrange translation into Arabic or English with legal translators accredited by the UAE Ministry of Justice, and check that names and figures match the original.
Power of attorney coordination
We help you organise the powers you intend to grant and the details of each party, then coordinate the notarisation step with a notary public. Where the wording calls for legal advice, we suggest you consult a lawyer.
Documents issued abroad
For documents issued outside the UAE, we outline the steps usually needed in the issuing country and coordinate with you or your contacts there so they happen in the right order.
Orderly handover
We return the completed documents with a short record of what was done and anything to keep in mind when you use them again.
