CARE Program in Dubai
An AI setup that worked well at handover will not stay that way on its own. Platforms release new features and change settings, connected systems evolve, source documents go out of date and users meet cases nobody anticipated. Without someone watching, quality can drift quietly. The CARE Program is Majlis Hub’s ongoing AI support and maintenance service, designed to keep delivered capabilities useful, controlled and understood by the people who depend on them.
CARE is scoped separately from installation and solution projects and is never added automatically. Together we agree what it covers: which systems or workflows, what will be monitored, how users raise questions, how changes are requested and approved, and how often we review the results with you. Typical activities include re-checking outputs against the original evaluation examples, applying platform and configuration updates, refining instructions, supporting users and making small, agreed improvements. Response arrangements are set as part of that scope rather than assumed.
Human oversight does not end at launch. The UAE Charter for the Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence includes human oversight, safety, and governance and accountability among its priorities, and the CARE Program gives those principles a routine: periodic review, recorded changes and a clear owner on your side for each decision. Larger changes, such as a new workflow or a newly connected system, are discussed and scoped as separate work so the agreed care stays clear. CARE usually follows an installation or solution Majlis Hub delivered. If your setup was built elsewhere, we start with a review before agreeing what we can responsibly support.
